Robert S. Johnson, President
Prior to founding The Pinnacle Corporation in 1990, Bob was the Vice President and General Manager of Norand Corporation, Convenience Systems Division. Currently, he is very active outside the company on behalf of the convenience store industry and served from 1991-1998 as a member of the National Association of Convenience Stores Supplier Board of Directors. Bob served as Chairman of the organization from 1994-1996. With over 28 years of experience serving the convenience store and petroleum marketing industries, Bob is a frequent speaker at industry events and association meetings and has written articles for numerous trade publications. 

 

 
 
         

Drew Mize, Chief Operating Officer
For nearly 2 decades, Drew has been leading strategy and development of technology based automation solutions for the retail convenience and petroleum industries.   As Chief Operating Officer he oversees daily operations and strategy for the Product Management, Marketing, Client Services, Development and Information Technology functions of the company.

Drew joined the organization in 2005 as Vice President of Retail Solutions, and most recently served as Vice President of Product Management and Marketing.   Before Pinnacle Drew was Vice President of TMI Services, Inc. of Fort Worth, TX; he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Drew is an advocate for the industry, serving on multiple committees including the NACS Supplier Committee and PCATS Board of Directors.



 
 
        

Peter Steele, Senior Vice President of Development
Peter has directed Pinnacle's software development and technology since 1990. Prior to Pinnacle, he was a Senior Systems Engineer at PAR Microsystems for the convenience and fast food industries. He was also a Senior Systems Engineer at Norand Corporation, responsible for design specifications for the standard convenience store Point of Sale product, which featured scanning and dispenser control. Peter is also a member of the PCATS POS/Back Office working group. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Peter has pioneered Pinnacle’s vision of reinvesting an aggressive percentage of revenues each year back into research and development to ensure Pinnacle clients have the best technological resources at their disposal.




 
 
      

Roger Wall, Senior Vice President of Client Services
Roger serves as an officer and director of the company. He is responsible for the Client Services Group which includes all aspects of system implementation and client support to clients nationwide. Roger was founder and president of Software Assurance Corporation, which began in 1992. Through the merger of Software Assurance Corporation and The Pinnacle Corporation, Roger joined the firm in December 1998 as a stockholder. With over 30 years of experience in the convenience store and petroleum marketing industries, Roger has succeeded in building a Client Services organization that offers a wide range of product support options with a support staff that has a wealth of industry knowledge, product expertise, and decades of experience.

Bob Wilhelm, Vice President of Professional Services
Bob joined Pinnacle in 2005 and brought with him over 25 years of business analysis and professional services experience with such corporations as Capgemini U.S., Total Petroleum, Software AG, Coors Brewing Company, and most recently with Dallas-based SOURCECORP where he was a senior project manager for implementation and analysis. As Vice President of the Professional Services group, Bob conducts best practices business needs analysis and oversees software implementation, ensuring successful utilization of Pinnacle solutions.

 

 
 
 
       

Melissa Fox Hadley, Director of Product Management
Melissa joined Pinnacle in 1996 and has held a number of positions, including retail solutions product manager responsible for retail back office and home office solutions, along with foodservice inventory management, handheld, and workforce management. As the Director of Product Management, Melissa is responsible for strategic and tactical product management planning and execution for all solutions offered to the retail convenience store and petroleum market.
